Policy For Cases And Pouches:

You may return your Nurse product within 30 days of the ship date. Item(s) must be in original packaging and unused condition. If it is determined that your item(s) do not qualify for a refund, we will not be able to return it to you. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.

Policy for Sunglasses:

Domestic Returns

You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your product. Frames must be returned unworn and with all original packaging and accessories included.

Pack all items in a secure box and enclose the return form and packing list with your items. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label upon request.

Please note: $15 per returned package will be deducted from your refund or credit when using the return label.

Nurse has the right to refuse any returned goods that are damaged through improper packing OR are used by the purchaser. Sunglasses and their accompanying carrying cases must be returned together for any refund.

International Returns

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for International orders. Please return items to the address listed on the return form. Please note: unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping changes.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
